Inferno, there is a slight difference, not enough to make a difference in offroad.

Come on guys. What's with the trash talk all of a sudden ??
This is known as one of the most informative and friendly threads on RCTech, so lets keep it that way.
It's pretty obvious you guys aren't getting along, but this is not the place for ego's

LOL what resume? If i had one in rc racing i'd share but i don't, i'm just getting into rc racing I'm at an age where i need something competitive to keep the juices flowing but don't get into athletics as much as i used to growing up. Having been married 10 years with 2 kids keeps me busy enough, and when you add on top of that 2 business's with a 3rd coming here shortly i don't get nearly the amount of track time i'd like to. But theres always semi-local(hour drive or so) club races on the weekends, at least i have that going for me

I agree, I guess I got angry when I felt I was attacked personally. I was just trying to help.

Man I forgot how much I lauph at myself when driving buggy compared to Truggy.
I get it out to sharppen my reflexes on accasions and the 7 port is still going strong after being in hibernation since the last time I got out the buggy.

yeah, you need to be a little more precise in the buggy eh Flanno . Especially if the track is not particularly smooth

Okay guys I need a bit of direction here. I have the GX-5R and have a little tuning problem. When I run it for thr first 5 minutes or so she runs great. After that when I let off the gas it revs real bad for about 5 seconds. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

First thing to check is the linkages, second thing would be to double check the tune, and make sure the idle is not set to high, also to lean of a hsn will give the "runaway"effect.

The linkage should be good but I'll double check it. I just may have to go back to the factory setting and start over. I wonder if has to do with the tank having some type of lean issue at half empty.
