Im also now using rear alloy chassis brace. Im also using the new Novarossi Toro Nero Team version in my 808. Look forward to using this baby with the other Xray boys in ACT and ill offer some feedback.

Have only run 2 litres through it and "This is the fastest engine ive ran" to date.

I have had the plus4c and it was great but te toro team is another league.
I beleive it has more bottom and most impressive is the rpm.
Sounds like a bee!

Hope xray can make a good performance at titles in Canberra. I agree with Ari , I think building the car is the best bit.

Might see you all this weekend in Canberra

I would say most properly not, The Truggy the way it is is still great......But if they are they have done a great job on keeping it hush hush.....

We have had a few busy weekends of racing 3rd and 4th we had our Second leg of the WACC (Western Australia challenge cup). We had great runs in both classes QUALF 2nd in Truggy but mechanical failure put us out in the Amain buggy we finished 5th we were happy with the out come.

6th Oct we headed out to the Victoria state titles 808 was dialed at the Mildura track but we had major engine troubles so we went back to the trusty Ninja back in and we were off. Made the Amain and was running 5th when the front bearings collapsed and put us out. Vic track was great and when the track grooved up it was like tarmac, Went bumpy in the main but heavier sway bars sorted it out.

Will post the set up sheet soon....

Ok we had our first major meet last weekend (last leg of our 2010 challenge cup)..... Some bad luck knocked us out both finals but Truggy we managed to climb back from last to 5th so we had some success We sheared a drive pin out of the axel to which runs the hex other than that miss hap the truggy was great all weekend....Buggy just engine woes all weekend just could not get run time out of the Picco...... The 808 was flawless the hole weekend....
