something is wrong, i have the light weight outdrives and king headz alum hubs and adjustable brace and mine is fine. i used to run 130 with zero issues(switched to 127). something is bent or installed wrong

help me out guys. i have a motor with very good snap on the bottom and i want to smooth it out some with my clutch. i am running a 14/48 set up with a steel flywheel. what would be the best shoe/spring combo to smooth it out without burning up the shoes every race?

i would say a green/gold all alum, clutch setup whould help with wear and be smooth at the same time.

what have you been running ? need to know that before we can recommend anything.

Lowering the stall on your clutch will make everything last Longer not shorter.

I think he's talking about carbon shoes. I ran them on my buggy with black springs and they didn't make it through a 30 min main. They were dust after every race day.

i run 2 alum, 2 comp with black and green springs and they last 2.5-3 gallons. i toss them at 23.4 per drake. TKO Bearings are the ticket

and you get enough punch using them on your truggy ?

i guess it would depend on what engine you are using.

B on the hub and the lower outer on the tower. I think that's the one you were using already.

Im going to put the stock toe plates back on and see if it makes a difference its very possible that i may have installed something incorrectly in that area. Kind of a bummer i love the feel of a truggy i wanted to run it last weekend.
