it appears there are no more LPR's on the site....which imo is good...all the LPR's were out of balance and the foams were far below acceptable standards...the VTR's are Light years better then the previous gen.
Do the VTR's require Proline wheels? Like the Proline wheels are the only truggy rims that accept the buggy style beads?

Yes, the VTR's are the only truggy wheel/tire with the buggy style bead, plus the VTR's are 4.0" where the LPR's are 3.7". I did mount a set of Calibers to some LPR wheels using the VTR foams, and Alan Burton mounted a set using LPR foams-we tried that since the VTR wheels are not ROAR approved. It will work but you can definately tell a difference

If you go to some websites, like tower, they show tires like crimes and bowties with the nasty old foams as discontinued.

I think proline is finally correcting their downfalls

Well I took a pin off my buggy ran the truggy last Sunday for a tad inspected same location another one had split disassembled hub and found that the CVD cup had rounded causing movement never really paid too much attention but they do round and after inspecting I bought a complete set.

I started refreshing my 1.0 yesterday, didn't realize that most use 5000 diff oil. I put 2000 in, LMAO. Guess I should flush it again and put in 5000 huh?

Thats cool. It was my first race with the truggy, and it was a used 1.0 I bought just to try out truggy. The diff didn't have any fluid in it. I honestly like truggy better than buggy, so I'll be getting the 2.0 soon

I found truggy to be pretty boring after racing buggy for the last 7 months. Still fun but not nearly as challenging as the buggy.

Yeah I love the challenging part about the buggy, but man I could drive the hell out of that truggy, LOL. I'll still race buggy mostly, but I like truggy enough to invest in a 2.0

this is the way i figure it not everybody can drive a buggy good and thats why truggy is good since, you can drive them harder. thats what i like about them and the track i race, on is really meant for truggys.

i did race 1/8 buggy i dont think il,get bored of driving my 1.0 t truggy. and really the track i race on is really meant for truggys.
