THIS IS NOT THE SAME HEATER!!! Sorry, please give this guy a break. He is not new to RC Tech, his company is a new company so he created a new screen name. What are you guys forum Nazi's

I have seen the Comp Heat Heater, watched all the development and it is Extemely High Tech!! It heats the motors over 200 deg. and is safe to use. It can be taken off at 200 deg. by bare hands, no gloves, no cool down etc. It also retains heat after the power has been turned off.

This will be "the" heater to own.

I am not knocking any other products to heat the engine, but this thing is so cool and there is no comparison. This comes from NASCAR technology and has been well though out by someone that loves RC cars and will be a great guy to deal with. Yes I know him and he is Legit!

We have no affiliation and our heater looks nothing like the heater he (Markets) Although we have never seen an advertisement. Our development of this heater for the R/C car industry stems from our experience in the racing industry. Every racing engine I have owned, and every racing engine in any racing series is pre heated before firing. The reasons and benifits are a mile long. Purchase two identical .21 racing engines, pre heat one everytime before firing and cold start the other engine each time and after 3, 5, 10 gallons the results will speak for itself.

I just spoke with him. This is in the final stages before they go on sale for purchase. Eric is very meticulous, Drives me crazy sometimes. LOL He is wanting to take the time and put together a "Photo Shoot" quality bunch of pics. I could post the one that I have right now.....but I promised not to.

Like I said, This is Legit, not a side project, and I have watched the development from start to finish product which has been over 6 months just for the RC Heater. Testing, product specs etc has all been done and it is very close to hitting the tracks.

I will always support people who make interesting RC products but this is like the revolutionary shocks thread. whats the point starting a thread without giving at least some details. Show us the product when it's ready to ship

No forum Natzi here Kalguard. All I asked was three
simple questions. So who is being the forum Natzi?
Me or You? Why don't you please let the man
answer the questions asked of him his self.
Let's see a vid, pics, anything that wiil prove
it's better than the rest and worth my money.
Find someone that knows how to market your
product properly and you won't be able to keep
them in stock. Unlike others that didn't and have
plenty of them collecting dust on the stock room
shelf.

Wow....give him a chance - Could they have waited to start a thread? Yes. But i know the feeling of being excited about a new product and wanting to get the word out.

If he had posted up after the PNB and nobody knew that he was there with a new product there would be posts about 'Gee - I wish I knew that you were there so I could have seen it in person'.

I race indoor in the winter so I'm interested. Frankly I think that the Powerhouse warmer looks a bit unprofessional so I'll be interested to see how this one works.

<----- Patiently waiting for pics - You should wait an extra day just to spite the nay-sayers!

Maybe I am just grumpy. Anyway, I get what your saying, but since the Heater Thread broke and this one is so close to being available, I told him to start a thread and get some intrest and discussion going. I didn't think the pics would be a big deal. Anyway, all good and I hope the pics come soon

as hivoltg said the powerhouse heater look VERY genaric and i would never drop that kind of coin on that heater...I preheat my engines in the winter and the summer why not? they start easier, last longer, and just get up to temp that much quicker...I am very interested to see what this heater is like and if it is not a arm and a leg for a genaric ass looking strap on, then count me in for one.

Cool deal, good to see someone else out there who believes in what I have for so long. I won't lie, competition will make it more difficult especially when it took me over 2 years to convince enough people they are worth the investment and that they actually do prolong the engine's life. Selling an item like this is tough because people look at them as a luxery instead of a neccessity and most people will put there money into a pipe, battery, vehicle upgrades etc. before they consider the heaters. I am interested myself to see what this new product looks like and if you guys keep it reasonably priced, you should have no problem selling it. The main reason mine is so simplistic is for several reasons first being everyone of them is hand made and anyone that knows how much more time and energy is required to hand make something will agree. The other big reason is because it has been such a hard idea to sell to people, we didn't feel it was the right time to dive in and make hundreds at a time keeping the prices lower when selling 10 was a chore at times. We haven't seen the new one in action yet but if it is what they are making it sound like, it sounds like it should be a very nice product and if you guys are able to afford mass poroducing them to keep price down and have enough confidence that you will sell enough of them to amke it worth your time, then I'm all for it. I just did the heaters as more of convience and to have something noone else had and it worked well up to this point as far as traffic to my business and they are hardly a big money maker as I barely charged much over what they costed to make because they were so hard to sell at their current price to begin with. In all honesty, I look forward to seeing what they look and work like as alot of us do. I am also interested in the out the door pricing because depending what the new heater costs compared to mine, maybe we can co-exist? If yours is nicer than mine and around the same price, the heck with mine I'm onboard

I can understand why you would feel that way and I agree, mine is very simplistic but it works like clockwork. Like I stated in a very recent post, they are handmade, they took years to sell people on the idea so it wasn't like I was going to invest big money in high tech equipment to make something most people would turn their noses up too anyway. They were handmade in limited quantities for those who wanted them. Anytime one of you guys who like to run their mouth because making money in this brutally competative world is so easy, step up to the plate and contribute instead of talking smack about every product you see. If it wasn't for the people who cared enough, you wouldn't have any of this cool stuff to play with and obviously our passion is bigger than most as we continue to put up with more BS than it is worth most times to continue serving those who want and desire it. I'm not one to talk smack as it is not my gig, but enough is enough don't you think? Noone is putting a gun to your head and telling you buy anything so why would it even bother you if certain things don't look the way you think they should? No matter, I'm sure some of you have the perfect idea, way and ability to produce the perfect product for the perfect price that everyone will absolutely love and buy. Until that day happens, I will just keep plugging along and while I am doing that, I will take my perfectly built Toyota Tundra to the dealer for another recall because the 500 perfect engineers at Toyota nailed it the first time I love my truck and wouldn't trade for anything else, just giving you an example of how the real world works.

Back to the OP, I wish you the best luck and I will repeat the fact that I am also looking forward to seeing what this new device will do

Mark how about you keep your comments on your product in your thread?...instead of hijacking this one..you sir are ignorant and I will never buy a product from you, and will express that to anyone that ever brings up your product locally or in my presence! I never said your heater was junk, I said it looked genaric and for the money I would not buy it which is my persoanl opnion that I am entitled to....enough is enough?!?! taht was the first time I ever even said anything about your heater..gee wizz

heat guns work but a heat gun is very hard to heat the engine evenly and heats it a little to fast

as far as data it would be hard to Mr CompHeat to show his research from his full scale teams you either believe in solid state physics or you dont ...watch the snowboarding movie "outcold" the part with the guy in the hot tub it convinced me
