Blue Bird's servos!

I have a couple of Bluebird servos and they have been great. I run them in TC and 4WD off road. No problems yet. You don't always get what you pay for with electronics. If they charged twice as much for these servos I'm sure plenty of people would think they were twice as good!
I run a capacitor in my receivers too. Its not the fault of the servo, its because the ESC BEC can't cope with the voltage drop that happens sometimes under hard acceleration with mod motors.
In touring cars especially you don't need the best servo, off-road mod is where you need all of the torque and speed. These seem fine
just my 2 pence

My BEC is rated at 3A, more than enough for a onroad 1/10 car.
Still need a RX cap, even with motor not running on the test bench the RX would cut out/reset with BB servo.
So there is something fundamentally wrong with these things, if you need a cap with a 3A BEC & motor not running.
Changed to a Savox(similar quoted spec), no cap needed.

You guys that are gonna try one of these Bluebird servos should report your experiences after trying them. The more realworld information there is about these servos the better one can decide if they are worth a try for others hobbyists who have the same questions/concerns.
My next order from HC will be for the digital 661 servos. They seem to be slightly faster than the digital 621 and only cost a little more. I'll be sure to report my experiences with those servos as well. If their durability and reliability holds up, I'm gonna test some of these BBs on a heli.
