I would imagine you could enlarge the holes on the servo mounts. The aluminum servo mounts have the holes off center, so you can accomodate wider servos.

nope - had 2 pretty bad 'run-ins' with the boards that cost me 2 knuckles over the weekend and didn't damage a single CVD

what was with 13.5 and being WIDE OPEN when I hit

what do you guys think about the DCJ drive shafts?

is it good for drifting since its a 3-piece drive shaft and in drifting we have a lot of steering angle and recently I have been hearing a grinding noise at full lock when I drift

Hey guys!

just curious, got a cyclone off of a guy and I am thinking of upgrading the motor and esc to a novak gtb system or an Orion, and my question is what is a good gearing that some of you run to get speeds around 60mph?

i am totally new to the electric stuff and gearing confuses me

That would depend on what turn motor your are running. Are you planning on running a 3.5?

I am actually not sure, I was looking at the 3.5r that they package with an esc. Right now the car has an hpi motiv system and I have no clue what turn it is.

the kind of racing I have gotten into is mostly setting up fairly large courses in a huge parking lot. usually a sweeper and a few chicanes and a long straight. This is because the league that was starting up had problems with the hobby shop and ended up not happening so we kinda formed our own.

Hey guys

I broke my cyclone hara's upper deck the other day (ouch). Is there a point replacing it by a TC's (I still have the stock lower deck) or shall I stick to the stock one? Do they have the same mounting specs anyway?

Thanks!

Paul
