Epas are set and. Even started using the rubber garments. 2 hitec 7965's 2 jr9100s's and 2 9100t's. They have all been covered under warranty but it is a real pain in the a$$. The last was a 9100t it appeared to be hitting the side mud guard. Whee is this letter on set up is it in the instruction manuel? The linkage does not bind I think it's hittng the chassis somehow. I am gong to shim it higher. Idk but it's gettig very annoying. Any tips are appreciated.

It is seperate addition to manual...just 2-3 pages black and white copy that guides you through set up of Throttle/Brake linkage. It is the same as included with the 8ight T 1.0. Important part is to be sure you leave some room on Full throttle for chassis flex. link below

The bottom of your servo is hitting the chassis??? How would that fry the servos? I thought the as long as the EPA was set properly and you follow the instructions in the link to ensure no binding and a little room for chassis flex, everything was OK???

I always used spacers when I ran Ace servo's although on Savox at the mo, and they are not so deep, so don't need a spacer.
Managed to pick some new gears and shafts today, but not racing agin till the 14th.
Front and rear shafts had taken more wear than the centre, which wasn't so obvious, but had wear none the less

This is opening a can of worms since everyone has their own opinions
I currently have the following set up for motor/pipe: OS V spec .21 VZ-B and OS 2060 pipe
Also heard good things about Go Tech 5 ports but they have one hell of a pinch and can be frustrating to break in!
Servos: HiTec digitals have always been good for me....the new 7955TG is popular for steering and the 5925MG or 5945MG for throttle

what exactly is failing....the board ?
remove your dirt guards and see how close the servo sits to the chassis....if it's touching that's 100% the cause.
