Try searching for one of those online nuts/bolts/screw stores on google. You can get sets of screws and nuts in bulk and keep them around for your next build. I cant remember the one site a buddy told me of. But im sure you can find those bulk places on google.

pulled front end off new race roller today to put 1.0 servo saver spring on......good thing I did, as there was no "saver" to it....I even tried adjusting just to see if some could be worked in........nothing.......put 1.0 spring on......dialed......one less prob to worry about.......also swapped shock ends and I have modded spindles and hubs coming from JDuB, also got the longer screws for camber links and wingstay @ LHS I Just need to go pick them up, Fresh new Fastlane wrap from my homie Chad B for stock lid/wing, Losi alu steering servo arm, DE skids F/R, new Novarossi plus 4 be here next week ready to drop in and racetune as well from Houston.....I am going to run box stock fluids for its first outing at the track, everything felt pretty good and nothing was leaking.

The stock throttle horn is fine. I have never had a problem with them. I try not to use aluminum horns unless it is completely nessicary. I would just keep the stock horn on there. The losi throttle horns have their own shape too.

I took my new truggy out tonight, I am pleased with almost everything, after 2 laps a shock end tore out, then I replaced it and went back out later. Drives well, but it is making bad gear noise, the mesh is good, I'm hoping it is just the ring and pinion mesh breaking in, anyone else having this noise?

Also, is anyone else running an RB WS7III? What clutch combo are you running, mine seems a little weak on the low end with the stock clutch setup.

Im running the WS7III and i run the stock 13/50 gearing. mine rips off the line, far from weak and it screams down the straights

I drove mine for the first time yesterday and I noticed mine has the same noise also. I thought my mounts came loose, but they are fine. Mesh is the same as I always set them. Don't really know what to try next except going looser or tighter and see what happens.

its normal to have a bit of noise on the 8ights
if you run it tighter you will blow clutch bearings
i run mine pretty loose and my clutch bearings last ages

I also ran mine for the first time on the track last night. It was also making the gear noise. I didnt quite know what it was. Is this something to be concerned about? My 1.0 didnt make this noise. The thing ran great though ,shock ends stayed in tact right out of the box, but I will swap them out before I race. Definately turned better than the 1.0, but will take a little getting used to.

I would probably look into the rear diff. It is possible that it is not shimmed correctly. every diff/gear set needs to be shimmed differently, and I am sure the factory is just shimming them all the same. Might be worth looking into. You probably should grease the R/P better too. Mine had very little grease from the factory. I use mobile 1 red grease on mine. It could also just be breaking in. Most likely the noise will go away once it wears in.

you can get it at auto parts stores in bulk or

It doesn't really sound like a diff. It sounds more like the clutch or out of correct mesh sound.
