IF YOU DON'T, LIKE IT DON'T BUY IT. It's pretty simple.
I personally like what I have seen so far, and I'm thinking of turning my currect T into a brushless for a basher and buying this one to race.
Hold on there. calling people cry babies because of some aprehension is a little extreme. I was one of the people who complained about the wheels awhile back. I have recently gotten over it. I will be getting one as soon as it is out. With that being said give the people some time(to complain) untill they decide what to do. Is it really hurting so much that people are voicing thier opinions??? I can understand where everyone is comming from. I too have many sets of tires that I would rather have as a direct fit for the new truck. I also can see how some don't like the new body. It is a completely different style and that might not suit some. I have myself realized that the changes were made for the better. Let the others have some time to work it out for themselves. Telling people that thier views and or opinions are stupid is very disrespectful. Calling people cry babies because of some comments on the internet shows your own ignorance/immaturity. Maybe the nay sayers will come around like I did, maybe they wont, but it is up to them and no one should be telling them what to do. It is the internet it is a public place. anyone can come on and post anything they like. It is not like they are doing you any harm by posting thier opinions. if you want people to stop arguing with you, you need to stop arguing with them. they aren't going to stop untill they make THIER decision. If you have already made yours, leave them to make thiers instead of trying to force them to do something.

"chompin popcorn"
you know its a old saying "everything have its pros & cons"
one reason i went with the x2 because i had tons of parts and jamming did sorta listen to us about the x1 is hard to turn so they did minor say it one more time "minor" changes that help the steering...now losi the redesign the truck for which they thought it was good and im sure it is again guy pros & cons

i said this before, it wouldnt surprise me to see all brands go to the same offset. I really dont see an advantage over one or the other, the truck is the same overall width either way. But like buggies, one wheel for EVERY BUGGY ON THE TRACK. Its gotta be nice for wheel manufactures. Plus, you can buy wheels all day long and know its right. I dunno, just thinkin outloud, but, makes sense to me. I know you can change hubbs out and stuff too.

I still vote as this new Losi 8IGHT-T 2.0 is one bad motha (shut yo mouth).

+1 on your post.

Now iam not a losi driver i have own many losi dated back to the JRX2.ANd they make great stuff as do many other RC companys. But if there is one thing that as keep this hobby goiing is CHANGE.With out CHANGE We would all be running outdated Crap.As otheras have posted there is going to Pros/Cons on every new thing to come out.And there is going to be somebody out there that does not like this or that.Thats the way it is But to come on here and call people names for there 2 cents is in uncalled for.Nothing good every comes from this. Me personal i like the body Its looks like my old Hyper st body.As far as the wheels it does suck they went to the 1/2 offset since the 1.0 was o offset i see the Bitch but I think losi as seen the light that allmost all the other truggies are running 1/2 offset. And it does seem like that when people are looking to buy another truggy that wheels could make a big difference. If they take the plunge and buy the new truck or not.Just my thoughts

I know I will be happy with mine. I never complained once about the zero offset wheels, I just wanted to know what the plan was before I bought more tires. Lighten up, before all the internet tough guys start lining up to fight. You guys do realize you are arguing over toys right?

I never said anything about you voicing your opinion about the product as they are. But insulting someone because of them voicing thier opinion IS NOT VOICING ANY OPINION. ALL IT IS, IS BEING VERY DISRESPECTFUL. and frankely noone wants to hear it. If you have a genuine productive comment then by all means go ahead and type away. Just that calling people cry babies and saying that they are bitching because of some comments on the internet is alittle extreme. You are acting like this entire board is yours, and that you for some reason should be able to walk around and dismiss anyone else's opinions with insults. Just shows that you are very immature. And I appologize if I made it seem like I was trying to stop you from voicing your opinion. That is certainly not how I meant it. But truth be told none of us want to hear your opinion about other people's opinions. especially when that comes in the form of petty insults.

Chad - Hey I'm the guy who's Losi Truck is on the front of your T-Shirts ( I think you guys are the hobby shop ) Red trialer? if you are have you guys gotten any more shirts in?

Rich - That should work ubless your painter falls asleep

0 and 1/2 off set Truggies only change the pivot points, from the inner to outer hinge pins, but I think the Kyosho's can run either by running different front spindles so that wouldn't change I'm not sure about the Associated though I've never even looked at the truck up close, but it is a ST-RR Clone with junk plastic

I'm not picking sides on all the Drama and I'm new to this site and really don't know all the backgrounds of the posts and posters but I do frequent S-Grid and I know when Racers were having servo issues everyone was all over Losi then the RC8 came out and between everyone hinge pins falling out, and the shock caps blowing off every run ( the buggy really was/is? a pile ) if anyone started to cry about the RC8 everyone would jump in and say it was there first 8th scale just give them time. Losi won out of the gate and got some bad press mostly because people couldn't set endpoints. My son and I have been running the Losi 8ight & 8ight T since they came out and we have maybe lost 5 servos toatal in about 2 years or so, some were older and a couple were user error.
