The only other pipe I would suggest is the 2601 for a longer track with more straights. You can use the 2630 for more bottom end power on a shorter track to get out of the corner faster. I wouldn't run an outlaw pipe, the performance won't be there and the engine could run a little hotter.

You will notice an increase in fuel consumption. It will affect the engine's powerband and will probably notice loss of power through it. I cannot recall exactly if it will suffer in the RPM or the Torque but one of them will be affected.

so there is nothing good about this outlaw pipe... i thought it was a good 0.12 pipe.
