Josh K : you can use any body with the floating rear end, u can use lola as is or u can use a touring car body but u have 2 put 2 body posts on I think Kyosho do this part.
highwayman : I haven't heard of anyone trying it yet but I am guessing that it would handle nicely through fast sweepers

I relube that rear diff every 20 runs..and rebuild it every half gallon.......The front diff I extend those times by a few tanks...
And when I relube,I just take out the diff, loosen the bolt, pull the outdrive off about 1/4 inch, spooge some Stealth lube in,and screw it back together..I don't worry about the black grease on thethrust bearing..
Don't forget to grease the ring and pinion...
I have'nt done the bearings in either car(except the clutch) since I owned it..(thats 2 years and 4 gallons on the 1st car)..

Fast, I haven't rebuilt my ball diffs ever since I built the car (and it's been almost two years). D'OH!
On another note, I picked up an AE hard-anodized chassis yesterday. Really nice! I am currently running a GH chassis, which is great, but as someone pointed out previously the more cutouts there are the more crap gets flung up into the car. Actually, I'm thinking of building a second NTC3 for Outlaw Class racing...the current car is ROAR legal (stock MT-12). #2 may either have my Ofna 7-port .12, or perhaps even a TRX 2.5, hee hee! That rear floating body mount would be perfect!

Has anyone ever brought up group buys? You know we can save some money if we do group buys.

Guys,
I know when the NTC3 was first released some of you were running the serpent and mugen fuel tanks to stop the washing machine effect. Is anyone still running these tanks, how are they mounted or is there another way to address the problem? It has been suggested to use two o rings?
Suggestions please!

I still run an ae tank on my ntc3 but on my gt, I have a mugen tank from a mst-1. Only had to redrill 1 hole and engine idled much smoother after the swap.

Which one should I get, rear or side exhaust? Does it matters?
