hey is it me, or is fastharry's signature file WAY too long. I'm tired of looking at 11 lines of his signature and scrolling through extras screens for his signature drivle.

The TC3 had many weak points. First was the bumper. Did anyone break their stock bumper? And then there's the shock towers. Has anyone broke their diff case? You know, where the shock tower bolts on...

I didn't get T-boned. I just hit a concrete barrier while barrel rolling down the straight stretch. The concrete made a direct hit on my servo. When I picked my car up, the servo was hanging by the wires. Mannnn,,,, I did not want to see that. And I was winning the race

treky11 ....how do u like ur .12 os tr turbo...im getting a r40 and im stuck on that or the novarossi ns12 5 port....thanks

just ran my os turbo for the first time tonite. tough to say right now.
the engine feels very good but was running a bit hotter than i would have liked. around 270. problem is that it was only about 65F degrees out tonite.
i only have about 7 tanks through it right now and its pretty tight so it might be getting a bit hotter because of that.
i can say that it idles like a champ, easy to tune and starts right up no problem.
i am sure the motor will fly in my ntc3 but i am concerned that the r40 might be too heavy for it.
i only paid 145 for the motor and bang for the buck i think its probably the best engine you can get for the price. one more night of running and i will be able to tell.
i have been running a 5 port rb in my ntc3 all season so that is my frame of reference right now.
i still believe os- tr turbo is a great engine but i want to run it once more to be sure. i'm going to play with my clutch settings this weekend and run it again during the day, hopefully it will be a bit warmer and then let you know.

I would use OS engines if I run on small tight tracks. Not for large open type.

If your car has very high final drive ratios (small pinions, big spurs), then a high revving NS12 engine can do the job nicely. OS engines have more bottom end and you can get away with large pinions / small spurs combo.
Power is nothing without control. You can be fast, but what's the use if you cannot handle it?

i thought the r40 would be too low for parking lots

the r40 is ok on a clean level parking lot, for racing in a parking lot. i would not call it a bashing car.
the ride height can be adjusted like any other car but if you need lots of clearance because your running on a very rough lot or not a clean lot you probably will be happier with another car.
