The c1 vs c2 is model specific. When you change models it will remember it just like all the other settings. What I have found is that when I switch from the 604 to the 603, I need to turn the radio off AFTER I switch and then turn it back on.

I've troubles when using my 4PK with a Sanwa RZ servo (the one with the blue aluminium heatsink). This servo works with my M11(I've tried it again a few minutes ago)
When I go fast right then left, the servo makes a strange noise and becomes slow....after a few seconds it works ok and if I go full left the same thing happens.
Has anyone experienced this before???

Do I have to buy a Futaba servo?

You need to take it out of high speed mode. Mine did the same thing. High speed mode is only for digital servos. I believe it is either is system menu or rx menu. I don't have my manual or radio near me.

Can some of you new 4PK owners post some pics?

I used to think it was quite ugly, but the look is kinda growing on me.

Held one in my hands today. Me no likey. Trigger's too close to the grip and doesn't have enough throw in either direction. Judging by a quick run through the menu and a once-over of the instructions, I don't think there is a single thing that this radio can't do. But it just doesn't feel right......it's that or maybe the fact my LHS wants an arm and a leg for it.

Don't sweat it... the 3PKS is an awesome radio. Maybe get the 4PK later on down the road.

Got mine on friday.

I am.....was a diehard Hitec fan, but with the lack of Hitec even acknowledging 2.4ghz, I had to make the switch.

Last Futaba I owned was back in 1994 and that was the 3PJ, wow has this thing come a long way. Love it!

Just tried out my 4pk this weekend in the RC8, while I love the way it drives and feels, it went into the infamous fail safe about 10 minutes into practice.

I'm not a happy camper.

Anyone been able to buy the Futaba 2.4GHz R604FS 4-Channel Receiver from anywhere yet?

Where was the batter voltage set in the fail safe?. You can adjust various points. Not sure if you were aware of that or not. I ran mine for 30 minutes in my GT2 without any problems at all.

As one of the other guys said, I hope it is only a setting. If not I truely feel sorry for you.

I was starting to doubt buying a React and not waiting for the 4PK as I'm having trouble finding a second Rx.

But if I had the 4PK and I'd experienced the cut out again I recon I'd smash it.
