Yes you can, but you might have to remove some material from them to get them to fit the bearings properly.

Unfortunately it was the first time I ran the MSX on carpet with rubber, but for me the times were phenomenally greater than what I've ever done on the TA05.. then again, 2 different chassis, different weights, but I knew that it was allowing the motor to run at full speed without hinderance. I'm sure foam would work just the same, but perhaps a bit tighter belts.. but still not as tight as you would with a 16T center..

I believe the MRE car's new steering also changed the upper deck's hole positioning.. you'll likely need to get an MSX top and bottom chassis with the standard steering rack.
for the 18/37 combo i tried the X-ray reat belt and it was too tight.
you need to use the Cyclone....but that is to loose.
i fitted the Cyclone belt ....but as it was very loose i didnt take the car for a spin. i gave up on the 37/18 project as the x-ray belts on a 35/18 combo is a better solution.
also i can fit the large diff plates(x501) on the old 35 pullies.
so i find the 35/18 combo better giving a IR on 2.05:1

I would strart the roll centers near zero on low grip asphalt front and back. Here are some indications that it is too low. Too much grip in the corner. The car slows down too much from cornering. This is not likely on low grip asphalt. During a bigger race as traction comes up you can raise the roll center or add sway bars to promote a little drift or sliding in the corners.

Ed- Really nice job on that spreadsheet that you posted above. It makes it really easy to calculate roll center and remove the mystery. Wish we had one as easy to use for the TC5.

Default bearings

Can someone confirm the size of the bearings for the front and rear hubs? The instructions only list a part number and not a size.

Thanks

Which version of the 415? The original has 1150 bearings, and all others 950.

Two things;

Outer hole on the rear hubs - I've always found it helps to settle the rear end of the car down, makes it less snatchy.

D-D on the front - almost a must if using a front one-way, helps to calm the front end down.

If the grip is up as well, raise your roll centres to help carry corner speed.
