try to get your hands on a book call "XXX Main Setup guide" sold by Hobby Express. any good shop should be able to order you one in. Very good book to help you on your way.

Another good source of setup info is on the TEAM ORION website. It is a pretty complex explanation and very technical but if you understand it, it should help you and its free....
