Not a lot of help being offered here. Maybe there's speed secrets we're not to know about
Personally, I'm running Eagle 35s on the rear and 40s on the front.
Rollout with a CORE stock is about 30.5. Forgot to compensate for tyre wear last club day and almost got eaten by a flying EVOIII! Still good enough for 21 lap 5.02 though.
Won't make the same mistake this week.
Body is the ubiquitous Stratus.
Hope this helps.

The good thing about foams are that they pretty much all work. Personally i prefer UFRA and Ellegi, mainly because of price, but wear is also very good ( any gas car based foam is good). Stay in the area of 35-40 shore. i generally run 40f and 40r, with 37f if i want a bit more bite.
Stratus is pretty much the standard in touring car racing, with a few Afla's thrown in.
not sure re gearing a stock although 30-34 depending on the motor

Hmm...keep it coming
Is the protoform honda accord body bad? I got one of those that i havent used, any feedbacks about these bodies
Im using 40f and 37r also had a bit of problem with it, way too much understeer well...that really not a problem but could not be bothered changing
i am interested in trying 40f 40r or may be 45f and 45r ellegis trued down.

WRX - Pretty much always guaranteed to run same rear tire, i just change the from from 40 to 37, depending on how much steering you need. i have never tried 45-45 but i would doubt as to its performance.

You also have to keep in mind that a front compund 40, will not provide equivalent grip as a rear compound 40. In practical terms it is equivalent to going up 5 shore in tire. ie 40f-40r equivalent to running 45r-40r. As the front foam has a different composition.
