The back battery area, like where the battery strap is captured in the rear. About 1in. forward from there.

I already have the bk1 tranny and I have trinity alum. rear hubs. So would that save most of the exspense. I have a regular chassis not the graphite. I was thinking if I broke the chassis I would replace it with the cr chassis. So if I just change the steering and towers and the new ball studs and tie rod ends. Would I benifit from this. I'm trying not to get a new kit. I want to get a m11 so I would rather get that then a new car.

Thanks

I can appreciate a budget......so get the new rear arms, cr pivot, hubs, rear shock tower, the new steering rack, and you will be good to go

do you need part numbers?

Unless you plan on changing the camber link location in the rear to something unusual, keep the old shock tower and dont go with the new one.

I noticed on one factory losi driver's car, he is still using the old tower for graphite strength.

i agree....what i would do...is change the steering system...and convert to the old tranny and the necessary stuff to do the conversion...and leave the rest as the original. that way..you get some sort of a "bk3" or "bk2.5"

WOOO POST NUMBER 500! LETS CELEBRATE!!

If you run the new cr body you are going to want to run the new tower if only for the lower wing position. The old tower's lowest wing mount holes are too high for how low the new body. Just my opinion

My parents don't want me to go. I'm not even sure if they are going to let me finish the series.
