JC, if it is the regular cooper or the L then it could the body dragging lightly on the inside rear tire. It could also be the diff being loaded too tightly. It will show up as a chatter on power. The diff cannot act independantly and acts as a spool.

Smile REAR SLIDING OUT

Are you using the rear toe in Uprights? Tamiya PNo 53345 Fit MO3 and TL-01. These come standard in the MO3-M. These will cause alittle bit of drag but settle the rear of the car down.

JC- Can also be caused by to little (or too much) droop relative to the piston and shock oil viscosity. Think grip-release-grip-release.

i use 27 mm inserts(eagle) cut down to size and never traction roll
they support the side wall while cornering

Smile REAR TOE IN UPRIGHTS 53345

HotrodHopkins,

These uprights make the rear end of the car more stable, however they also create abit of drag. I am using these presently on my car and they are very good for low traction tracks. Most people here in Oz use them.

Cheers
Calvin.
