Ok, Compression is still very very good, the engine isnt all that old it has done one title meeting and after run in had the rod changed. No i havent checked the front bearing.

16% nitro, 10% oil, i am pretty sure it was a 6 plug, and i started both top and bottom needles at flush pretty much as per the manual, the bottom was a bit richer than what the manual says

A new Jp engine is out; The modified 12 3 plus

Looks pretty nice, how bloody fast would this one be?. Engine performance is going crazy this year. At our track(mach) 1/10 cars are getting speeds of 108 Km/h

Check your clutch setting it might be engaging too early that will cause the engine to overheat

Looks like it might be an offroad motor. The stroke looks very long, unless the photo was stretched?

No, it is not an offroad motor. It's very obvious that the motor is for 1/10 scale sedan because that's what the stock PLUS 12-3 is for.
