OK guys some of our OS drivers have the engines for race testing Paul Coleman will be racing this weekend at a big Monster Truck race in CA,
I will fill you in on the engines performance. Paul is racing the new Jammin Truggy, he says that he has a half gallon of fuel through the engine it was a very easy brake in process and tuning the engine was very easy. Paul says that he is still running the engine pretty rich but he is impressed by the power and top speed, even while still running the engine rich. He will fill me in next week after the race and I will give you guys an update.

the engine is being released or shipped out around the end of next month? ive been very happy with previous o.s. engine purchases and seeing as the carb just broke on my picco this will become a new powerplant for my savvy.

The OS 30 is already out in parts of Japan. Most of the LHS's are already sold out of them, so if you find them, consider it a blessing! I was lucky enough to get one of my buddies in Japan to snag me one, and it should be here the end of this week! Below are some pics of the packaging!

Release date from Great Planes is November 15th for North america so yes most of us will have to wait a little longer. One of our members from Sav centrl lives in Japan and got his a few days ago and is just going thru breakin and maybe has 8 tanks thru and says its a real beast .More power than his STS28 and SH.28 and a real user friendly powerband.Breakin went well in typical OS fashion and so far everything sounds good.I'll be preordering mine as I'm sure the first batch will go FAST!!!

I have been testing one as well and all I can say is...incredible!! I raced the RC Pro Series with a mod .21 in my MGT and this motor smokes it. Surprisingly it is very drivable and easy to tune (2 needle carb). After running hard for about 15min, it will just sit there and purrrr!
I won the divsional title just 5 points shy of a perfect. If I would of had this engine, I would of had a perfect!
BTW...I could actually yank the front wheels of the ground from a standing start with this engine, and that just doesn't happen with an MGT!
