First you go to google.com, then you put in the name of your ESC with the word "manual" after it. You will get several hits. I tend to go to the results that are on the Hobbywing website.

Now read the manual, what you need is section 06 ESC setup, and the first step is Radio Calibration. Follow the instructions to a T.
