I think it has to do with the fact that the mi9 is no longer a new platform and volker is no longer using a 5yr old design. Plus this Robert's third 1/10th ep. He seems like he has figured the class now just like with his 1/10th gp cars that work really good.

I don't want to discredit the quality of the drivers, but I'm worried that they didn't take it more like a vacation. Apart from the first three, the rest were more or less local racers...
Unfortunately, it's the least important race of the year.

Enhanced the reflections slightly

Only thing that seem to be visible is the motor through the fender and the rear a arms from under the bumper, which it almost looks like the rear a arms are joined into one piece and solid mounted? Rather than one each side on a ball mount. Wonder if they're possibly using the flex of the arm as their spring? Or maybe the suspension is all at the kingpin similar to the front of 1/12 cars?
