The car has a few unique elements that might make a difference. What is also clear that the MTC2/R hasn't been on par with the current cars for some reason. kentech at least found that in his multi brand testing.
Will it be the first widely available steel chassis? Curious to see. The chassis plate shape has a resemblance to another sport equipment....

well the mtc2/r is a design that was probably started sometime in 2017. Nearly 10 yrs ago. I say the design the was very good as all manufactures have since then release completely new platforms since. Some manufactures every yr lol. Well the prototype mtc3 at finishline was a few tenths for jacob compared to his mtc2r.

Yes that counts. It's refresh of what he is doing with the platform. Robert seems really excited about the potential of the mtc3. BTW, I hope they keep the same anodizing assuming it's still the same as the worlds version of the mtc3.
