Hi,
I just picked up an NB4+ to replace my DX6R. Seems like a nice kit. Pretty solid, feels good in hand and not cheap. The only thing I wish it did was support reading telemetry from various ESCs. Also seems like I can convert all my cars without breaking the bank.
Mine came with the FGR4S and I also bought an INr4-GBY to start with. Now just need to decide what other receivers I want.
Question for those who are using it, The car I put the INr4 in runs an 8 cell pack. I connected the pack to the BV port using the supplied cable. Reading the voltage is unstable, bounces between actual pack voltage and 8 or so volts. The period it bounces at seems pretty constant. I tend to think this has to do with sampling rate but what ever it is, seems like a poor implementation. Anyone else see this?
Thanks

Surprised how expensive this radio had become (Australia).
I bought one 4+ years ago for $200au, it was great but I ended up selling it due to giving up racing, now it's over $400... $500 in some areas.
I thought it was a fantastic bit of technology from a company that was normally associated with cheap but cheerful radios.
Just not sure if it's worth the current money. Also the Australian dollar is pretty worthless..

If your using the classic rxs like the fgr4s v2, make sure the receiver firmware is up to date. If binding in one way mode the receiver will blink slower when bound vs unbound

You might need to perform a "gulp"...firmware update to your receivers - I had to do this a few times for product that I had purchased from various suppliers. Its super annoying that there is so much inventory of those things floating around with old firmware loaded - I was ready to throw the thing at the wall before I calmed down and started digging.....sure enough I found the primary reason they wouldn't bind was firmware mis-match.
Its kinda the devil in the details for them being so inexpensive....
There's a handful of video's on youtube outlining the process. I've attached a link for reference/..
