Yeah, the "pre broken-in" engines aren't broken in with fuel, they put the engine in a hot oil bath and turn it with a machine, its a good first step but it still needs what you describe, a few tanks of break-in. You will 100% feel the engine free up as it goes.

anyone have a problem with the brakes on the 4.1?

my pads,rotors are brand new and after about 2 tanks the brakes get really "notchy" . had this happen a few times.
