Wallace Motorsports is the primary importer for Ielasi and typically have stock on hand once the initial release back orders have been fulfilled. If you are looking for a deal, look for versions from the last few years as they are typically very similar to the new flavors at a reduced price.
very good info here ! thanks

I have seen many engines mostly OS and Novarossi based and those "modified" engines are mor like factory standard. If they have other timings then they are machined (even when they advertise with pictures of hand grinding). But if you have a direct link with the manufacturer with an own line of engines then the manufacturer just have to change some numbers in the CNC program, nothing as easy as that.
With OS from several brands I do see 2 types of crankshafts and basically the same timings on all sleeves (maybe 1 degree more or less). I do not know it all but to e it looks like there is not much or even no afterwork done. Also with all the piston issues on all 9 port OS based engines I do not believe "other" brands have different pistons.

Yes, the only modifiers like RBmods, EWmods, MAG, Murnan, DAP etc are the persons who do plenty af afterwork although I have never had such work in my hands. I do believe many people are very sensitive for the visual work and the "modified" text on the head. and willing to pay a lot for it
