I don't have the Murnan, but for Nova long stroke based modified engines I have the Ielasi Raptor (Euro and evo), Gimar blu demon, Mephisto modified by Fantini, and Max RP9S and 351R, and I like the 351R as it's got the best mid to top end amongst the pack, but it is a gas guzzler

I bought a couple R21 OS Speed engines. I really like the engine. I am going to have murman mod them. I will let everyone know. I don't want it insanely modded. The engine pretty good as is.
Call him, I got an answer. Just might not read emails

Most aftermarket modifications are pretty similar from people like Murnan, Rody and Ielasi. Some porting, crank timing and increased flow efficiency. Some are done by hand and others have CNC operations that increase productivity and lower cost for modified engines. The newer O.S. 2104 engines already have many modified features found in aftermarket engines. Murnan is US based so there is that factor to consider as well. Wallace Motorsports is the primary importer for Ielasi and typically have stock on hand once the initial release back orders have been fulfilled. If you are looking for a deal, look for versions from the last few years as they are typically very similar to the new flavors at a reduced price.
