This passive aggressive racism isn't really helping your cause. Just about everything is made in China these days.

And 99% of it is trash. I did not have that tone until I was shit on. I call it like I see it. is that aggressive enough for ya? BY the way talking about products not a race of people. Sorry I hurt your feelings and if you called me a racist in person I would seriously take it up with you face to face.

"Passive aggressive racism"...

1) China is a country not a race

2) China has a long earned and deserved reputation for producing high volume low quality products. That's a simple fact.

3) China does have the ability to produce high quality products. IF a manufacturer/customer requests and pays for said quality.

4) People need to stop looking for issues where there aren't any. If flashing a SJW badge is a persons thing, I suggest Facebook.

One word about Hobbywing’s customer service is Trash, but they have a stronghold in the industry and can do that but I rather use a product that comes with support

It's sad when a company is excellent in general, it has a disgusting support service. Because it usually costs the reputation of the whole business, no matter how good it is. No wonder smart people came up with a solution to engage in and organize business, production, and entrust communication with customers to professionals in their field.

Their products are slower than other brands these days and the customer service has always been a disgrace with them. I rather support American company’s then support HW and honesty see no reason to run their equipment regardless

Which American company actually makes their own ESCs? I've seen you push Pro Performance RC quite a bit, but they're manufactured by ZTW (a Chinese company), and Pro Performance RC doesn't publish their manuals or firmware updates on their website. That doesn't instill a lot of confidence in their level of support. From a customer perspective, there's no real difference buying from them than there is buying from a US distributor for Hobbywing.

There is big differences, the Pro Performance esc is faster on the clock then the G2 and the support from them is second to none. I can simply message the company page and get an esc setup sheet usually in minutes no matter where at I am racing and my shiz be dialed. Try to get that same support from Hobbywang. No firmware updates published on their site bc there hasn’t been a need for any updates yet they got it right the first time unlike most others. The manual comes with the esc’s and I don’t care where they are made made the esc’s just straight rip! And at the end of the day I am supporting an American company vs a large Chinese monopoly and I’m cool with that.

Most of your argument is about performance, which is irrelevant to support. What if someone loses or damages the manual, or wants to view it before purchasing? There really should be a digital copy on the site. I can't see what programmable options it has to compare against others.

And you're kidding yourself if you think they wrote the firmware themselves.

Regarding support we strive harder here to give our customers the very best of it with the settings and knowledge that they need to go out and win at the races. Our company messenger is very active with this daily. Our Facebook page also includes very many of our factory drivers esc setup sheets under the Photos section and is updated very frequently. We also have recently made a Pro Performance Rc Factory Support page on Facebook where customers can interact directly with our Factory drivers and ask them anything that they need anytime. I would say that this is pretty good support. As far as the firmware is concerned,I was the one who put in thousands of laps back to back on the clock in controlled conditions during our initial prototype testing of our esc’s to ensure that they were the fastest esc’s around. HW has no customer service and that was my original reason for switching to Pro Performance esc’s 3 years ago or so now and on my first pack with their esc was faster then I was with my G2
