First you do the black anodizing, then you re-work the sections which you want to have the other color(in general lighter then black), then again you do the anodizing for the lighter color.

Yes yes that's all clear... The problem is to get the right lacquer to cover the anodized parts... And as a machinist cnc programmer etc. I can see that the red anodized areas are machined after they covered the black areas... Not that easy.
It can be easy but you need the right masking stuff

Not sure if a black anodized layer needs to be masked with a lighter color used for a 2nd proces but if so then I think a liquid mask is used.
It is a lot of work just for the awesome looks, I wonder if a plain head or a 1 color head can make a price difference.

From my experience you can't dye a brighter color on a darker. The reason us that the acid would solve your black first anodizing. So you have to cover the black color up. The head got 5operations 6 with the laser engraving.

No, it is all the same inside. Except for the manifold, this one is not yet available.

Hey guys it says in the manual that it has .1 and .15 gasket for 25% fuel. So if i want to run 16% do i add a .1 shim?

If you are running 16% nitro and on a short track you can remove the copper shim(0.1mm), but in general we leave the original setting just to play it safe.

At the 2019 1/8 WC I did witness first hand that O.S was the Faster Engine , My question & concern how is the longevity of the O.S Engine , How often will I have to replace the P&S?

It lasts, when you think its done, it will just keep going. Just replace the rod at regular intervals.
