Will an R2103 with a R21 PS set work the same? Will performance be a bit less? I couldn't find the r2103 or r2102 PS set so I ordered the R21 set.

The performance will be about the same, the exhaust shape is a little different of the R21 that's all.

are there two different head buttons available for the 2104? comes with 16% version? Or just add a .004 in. shim for 25%

No different buttons, add a shim(copper 0.1mm) of .004in

For the performance I guess we will not see more performance as usual. This engines reached the top of what is possible. And on my opinion it's reached since the Nova 35plus. One of the best engines ever builded
