Ill also sell my hybrik bulks with hyper 7 diffs, what is a fair price? They are used and have scratches etc. but internal diffs are good and serviced, drive cups are worn.

Traxxas is good to get you hooked in hobby. 1/8 scale is a good way to keep you in.

I agree. A cheap 10th scale is way easier to repair. I'm in so DEEP into my custom build,I'll never sell it. 2K+. If it wasn't fun,I wouldn't do it!
I ... LOVE R/C!!!

Fingers crossed.

The hybrid bulks and 1/8 buggy diffs are actually very good. The I had a custom e-maxx that I soild in parts because I wanted to test something new. It was a problematic truck but onec upgraded nothing broke and it was very durable.

What I would like to do before I sold it was getting real 1/8 buggy shocks and also move the center diff mount towards the rear to prevent it being so front heavy (I had RCM chassis and 35mm extension) but I never came that far. I belive, if I would do that it would become a very good truck both for bashing and jumping.

The savage XL is better in stock form than the e-maxx but it also suffers from some issues that never will be solved because of the outdated design on both stock and aftermarked parts.

Unhappy Testing in my back yard:FAIL.

The rear input to the diff jumped off and the LF wheel came off at the same time.
Maybe I should use RED Lock-Tite for the in put grub screw?

Also the 2.5 mm cross pins at the outboard drive hub blew off some where. I'll put 2.5 mm roll pins in there, instead!

I used 10 K in the rear diff and 100 K in the front differential and it drove OK,until it fell apart.

It's OK if the wheels fall off,but I don't want those pins to fly off.

When I pulled the diffs apart, there was not much diff fluid inside at all.
I filled them up to the level of the cross pins/spiders.
