Try reversing the throttle channel. If that fails to work up the endpoints for the throttle channel. I have never messed with that esc before. But on some combinations of esc and radio the endpoints do not go far enough at 100%. So increasing the endpoints to the max may help solve this issue.
Thanks. I tried that. I ran into a guy over on B6 Nation that had the same issue and his had to be sent back to AE. I'm calling them shortly.

Bit of a random question but nevertheless I would like to know the answer: Completely stock, is the B6D a better car than a completely stock B5M? The answer to this question is important because it would tell us whether the B6 platform is actually an improvement over the old car, when the laydown transmission is left out of the equation. Everyone knows the laydown tranny is great on the right surface, but there really is nothing to compare it to as every car on the market (afaik) is on their first gen car with the laydown tranny.
Side question: Does anyone who the first company that ever ran a prototype laydown tranny on a modern chassis was?

I didn't run a B5m, but I really do like the B6d in stock form. I have not felt the need to convert to laydown, even though just about everyone at my track has been on it since they came out.
I believe the Yokomo YZ-2 and Xray XB2 were the first production laydown cars. I recall someone getting the Yokomo and hating it at first.

There is no simple answer. But the short answer is yes the B6d is a better platform than the b5m. The tuning window is much larger. For the most part the durability is improved as well. I can say that the arms from the b5/b5m fit this car as well. The new arms have 3 mounting holes in the front and the tears have the same 2 holes except on both front and rear of the arms. I had a bunch of flat and full b5 series arms in my pit box. So what I did was drill the third hole in all of them. Now I’ll never need front arms lol.

Oh yeah, Schumacher had belt drive mid-motor car YEARS before the current crop of laydown cars, but those are totally different. I was referring to the 3 gear laydown tranny most of us now consider as standard.

Im sure this has been answered in here somewhere but I can't find it. Im looking at doing the schelle rear hubs with the 67mm cva light conversion axel set. Can I used the standard hex or do I have to change that too?
