Drivers are taking 4mm of material off the front of the rear arms, moving the arms forward 4mm thus shortening the wheelbase. Then spacing the shock further forward on the tower to compensate for the arm being moved further forward.

What sort of simple changes can be made to get more steering?
toe out is a common setting for more steering. It is something I recently did to gain more steering. just look funny lol

I'm a newb on buggies so if its a dumb idea or just not common practice then cool

Just don't want to bust a $ervo, but if these are light enough where that's a non-issue, I'm ok with "no" as an answer.

As long as you get a decent servo, you don't really need one these days in a 1/10 buggy I don't often see them designed into the chassis anymore either.

I like to keep a plastic part somewhere in the steering system to flex/break on a huge hit. Either the servo horn, drag link, or steering posts: as long as you don't go pure aluminum on everything any decent quality servo will survive just fine.

if you really want to run one, get the Xray xr325073 X stiff servo saver. they fit well. I ran one on my b64 with a really weak servo in an emergency and it worked great

Thanks all, bought mine used and came with this servo. Seems decent based on what I've read, and has metal gears, so I'm assuming I should be ok. I have it paired to the Team Assoc. aluminum clamping servo horn since I didn't like the way the plastic horn fit onto this servo.

How does the club spec Reedy 13.5 run? Are other 13.5s much faster?

Had some local racers ask for a different style front upper brace so cut some of these out. Still allows for some twist in the front but pretty much locks up the flex/bend they could see with the stock braces.

Opinions?

That looks real nice!

Where's a good place to by thick sheets of CF like you're using?

Just sold my 22-4 1.0 and looking to get this wheeler. My local track is indoor med-high bite clay. Which kit is better to run, the 64 or 64D?
