Shorter wires are always better. Less resistance as I am told. I try to go as short as I can with a little bit of extra wire to account for possible chassis flex or crash landings.

What about the ESC wires to the LiPo, should I shorten those too or leave as is?

Same concept as the motor wires. I like to put a battery in place when I'm measuring the wire length to see how much I actually need before soldering anything. I had to go slightly longer on my eb48 because of how my battery wires are oriented when the body is on.

Wire resistance is negligible, so no worries about keeping wires too short if that's the reason why. It certainly looks cleaner but will not affect performance at all.

Electrons are fast, don't worry about resistance on signal wires. The motor wires need to be short though.

in my experience, keep longer cables if it doesn't hurt ! because you will change the car and maybe the next one will need longer ones !

The length of the wires is truly negligable at these lengths we're dealing with.
Shorter wires means more power, yes. But it's not something measurable, really. I wouldn't waste my time.

It may be worth it to get the shock tower braces if you're sending your truck on 30 ft jumps constantly but the Front/Rear suspension support system isn't necessary since the MT410 comes with aluminum as standard (IIRC) anyway so it's not really adding extra support.

i have a set of these m2c braces. i have not installed the front and haven't needed it with the bodies i have been running. mostly truck style. i have munched several of the rear body post supports. this new brace has completely eliminated the problem. hard to say long term as i have only had them a week or 2. the old ones were only lasting 1 or 2 bashing sessions before showing problems.
