Is this normal? Or should i lengthen the link( tried and it gots a 5mm gap? Also, when i set my endpoints is like a 10% difference and one side with less doesnt seem to turn as well as the other. Any help will be appreciated.
I had this problem too on my SCT410. Same radio but with a Spektrum servo. I had to lengthen it as well. Not 5mm but quite a bit. Doesn't seem to be a problem.
It isn't good to have so much sub-trim with this radio. I think your endpoints will get closer when you minimize the sup-trim

150 points of subtrim, reset everything to 0, and reset your servo horn onto teh servo. Shouldn't need that much trim to get it to track straight.

Ezlight,

Yes, i was bit surprised as well. It did end up being 150 pts of subtrim to the left even after zeroing everything and trying to center the servo horn

When was having the issue, I spoke to Spektrum and they said try to have no more than 50-60. Even that seems excessive to me. Also, when in the higher numbers of sub-trim the DX6R radio does strange things. They have fixed it with an update, but IMO it is still worth fine tuning to get the sub-trim low double digits or less if possible.
I think part of my problem was the 23t spline on the Spektrum servo. Moving the servo horn one tooth either way was well past center. I wouldn't think with the 25t spline on your servo, there would be as much of a problem.

Mkl,
Same as the hitec 7950 servo, im using the Tekno servo horn which is a 24T and it seems to be off by a tooth

I think you are fine lengthening the link a bit. Just be sure to reset your end points.

Will try that out, do you happen to have a pic of how long your steering link is?

site won't let me upload file- not from phone, laptop or from Photobucket. But there is about a 2.5-3mm gap between the rod ends on the link from the servo to the steering linkage.
I wil try again later, maybe the site will stop being cranky.

I had some problems with my tires ballooning last race. I'm curious if it's just a matter of going up in my diff oils or some other solution. I'm currently running the stock et48.3 setup with a Tekin 2000kv motor. I see a lot of other people running the same setup. Thanks for any help.

Do you have holes punched in the tires?
