Best source for me has been eBay from the various tenants there.

Unless you have a friend in Japan who is willing to buy locally and bring them to you (like my buddy).

I stumbled across a website a few days ago that still had a bunch of Tobee Craft stuff. Made my credit cards nervous as hell.

With Mini / BMW licensing gone, I hope Tamiya sits down and really revamps the bodies for the m chassis, because what we have right now is a chaotic mess.

These bodies are available as sets
Mazda MX5,
Honda CRX,
Suzuki Swift, Nisan
Silvia (S13) (S15)
Eunos Roadster

Yet these are discontinued as body sets, and yet still eligible because they are available separately..
Mazda RX7,
Honda S800

What's missing from that list is
Alfa Mito light weight body set (still available)
Alfa Giulia Sprint - Always available separately
VW Golf Mk.1 - available separately

If Mazda 2 Demio is what we have to look forward to as the new face of m chassis.. We're in trouble

Got 2 RX7. One is painted and one isn't. Was always wondering which bodies were allowed

This is f**king stupid.
My car came with a JCW body, so I'm running it.
I refuse to buy a new body JUST because Tamiya wants me to. I race the car 2 times a year. I will not spend 50 bucks to buy a body for 2 race days a year.
Hell, I already shelled out the 100 bucks for the stupid motor, be damned if I'm going to shell out any more for a body.
It's called the "Mini" class - and that's what I'm running.

just because they are discontinued, does not mean they are not CURRENT.
they are still available for purchase at plenty of shops all over the world.

tamiya discontinues all kinds of stuff right after they make it.
