have you tried to load the default settings? this is done by holding down the tab/sys button for 2 seconds when powered on. then choose "save and load config" then choose "load defaults configuration"

does the charger give you an error number? this will tell you if you have a battery issue or a power supply issue.

I was going to link a manual for the charger but it looks like they quit making the 406 duo. I don't know if the manuals from the 308 and 4010 will cross over or not. .
