1/12 forum
1s are sold in 8000+mah currently
So in the same case you have 3000-4000mah 2s,
That is not going to double in size anytime soon, as 8000 mah seems to have reach a ceiling in this size case
Same potential energy stored 1s or 2s in current form factor

Are all side links created equal?
My F1 car uses the same as my Associated 12r5.2 side links.
Had a few breakages recently but was enquiring if any other brands are more durable, better? Any recommendations.
Thanks

xenon has also new side links, the shorter ones are long as AE. don't have own experience of them yet.

If a 1s batt is all that is keeping most of you out of 1/12 just run a f1 car. Also I didn't see anything on ifmar moving 1/12 mod to 2s? They are talking about adding two classes to the World championships. And riddle me this for the guys moaning about rubber tires and 2s, why isn't f1 more popular? They run the rubber tires and 2s batteries you are all wanting? I don't see anything wrong with 1/12 as it is, spec motor prices are high to me. I'm biased as all I run is 1/12 and have zero interest in running tc. And no matter what you'll need a batt just for 1/12. It's like watching people try to fix a horse that's not broken....

I am using Gold front Springs. On CRC Black Carpet.
The gold Springs also worked somewhat well on the old grey carpet but, it all depends on your track.
