I am trying to add a Shock to the software and I haven't been able to figure out how or where to add it. So cold someone please explain with possibly some pictures if you feel necessary to show the correct pages/buttons.

You add shocks on the Shock Tab of the Chassis Manager. If you watch this YouTube video starting at about 3:55 it shows how to add shock models.

Is the 2wd short course truck available for download? I did not see it on the model list but i figure it has to be. I am waiting to pull the trigger as the software looks nice.

The great thing with this software is that you are able to measure up and enter any vehicle you want. It's actually better this way because then you know for sure the measurements are exactly what you have, and are not relying on someone else. I'd definitely recommend getting the software, go through the measurement process and start playing around with "moving the links" and shock positions and such and watch the roll centers, camber gain, and stiffness values. Doing it yourself will be the equivalent of building a car from a kit vs. buying a ready to run. You will learn more about your car.

Of course, I am also partial to the damping coefficient Bob has included in the latest version. Seems like most of the pro setup sheets end up around 1.0, but I think it might be good to go for something around 0.65-0.75, as in theory, that is the most responsive damping. Full scale autocross cars tend to gravitate towards that value. I believe the damping coefficient of 1.0 is only necessary because of the compromise needed for pack, or landing jumps. But I'm starting to see some evidence for a way to get the best of both worlds.

It is possible to add the influence of differential oil, rear toe and track width changes to the calculation?

Toe would really be good, most touring cars these days can change the front and back pins so the track width is altered with toe most of the time. I have been using only the rear pin location.
