Very, very disappointed in my Reventon Pro. Bought this last Christmas and never used it until last weekend in my touring car. Cogged right from the start. Changed sensor wires and still did it. Couldn't get it to work. Threw my Tekin back in and TQ'd the race. I was really hoping I got a good one

I had exactly the same problem with my Reventon Pro. Had a SP driver look at it last Apr and he confirmed it was bad. However, the Reventon Rs I have work great. For some reason I have this brand loyalty to SP but that is changing. Might go back to LRP or try a Tekin. I just dont see the support from SP any more.

I'd try flashing the software and try again.

hey adam,

Hey guys,
Trying to update the firmware on my LED program card but the software doesn't seem to recognise the card when its plugged in? Using V1.1.0.25 software, any known issues? Just trying to load the firmware to the card so I can set my esc to blinky. Driving me nuts!

Cheers
guys

I bought two Reventon pro 1.1 esc's a long time ago 0/14, one was for my brother for Xmas, an mine broke after one or two races, so I posted my issue's on here an ended up having to send it in, witch I was then sent a Brand new esc along with a brand new v3 17.5 motor for my trouble, any way I still have the esc an motor that was sent back to me brand new in there boxes I never even opened them any who I'm getting back into the hobby But something inside me fears I will have an issue again its like I dont even want to open the box I'd seriously trade them both for a hobby wing 51$ dollar just stock IDK...

can someone tell me if I'm over reacting or are my fear's unrealistic ??? its just not fair
I paid over 3 hundred for the two of them an I just feel like I should be able to come on here an read good things an not be afraid...

You're not but if you're scared try sell them..

I'm using the reventon pro 1.1 for bashing only now. Mine has passed warranty so I'm stuck with it. I do admit I don't feel 100% with it at times but that was purely due to the crappy sensor wire that came standard which was very loose.

Funny enough its been one of the more consistent ones but I've always had budget Esc's, hobby king, wing, toro - mid tier (stay away)

Advertise it in the main selling forum, Also check the willing to buy section if someone needs an esc. Be open to ship it internationally. That's how I bought my touring car
