It has 4mm connections so you can make your own cables or use a charger cable.

But if you want to measure the status of the battery you need to do that with a load like a resistor or a lightbulb.
So I could make my own cable using bullets I have for making battery with? Is 12 awg wire good enough?

Nice. Where'd you get those? I've been looking online and can't find them.

Those come in the Mercedes electrical test lead set, close to $600. The clear shields are spring loaded and push up in to the housing.

Found these on eBay, the ends aren't shielded, but pretty close. Many of the "shielded" ones are rigid, not going to work on a battery.

I'd purchase Dean's Silicone wire Red/Blk 12Ga, and 4mm Bullets Male and female. And just build my own. You customize to your length.

Go to a radio shack and you can find all the stuff. Any electronics parts store has this.

That's the best option. I have the wire. Just need the bullets.

Shop for bullet connectors online, Amazon, Tower Hobbies, or local hobby shop, Radio shack. And its cheaper to customize leads you want. Bullet or Banana plugs would be suitable.

Had the bullets from a bunch of old charging leads and the Dean Wet Noodles 12awg from the wiring on my car. Just found the right multimeter. That was (kinda) easy, lol. Just gotta wait for the motor analyzer.
