2 questions...
1. Is anyone running the 5-5-5 diff oil setup the manual specifies? And how does that combo work? I run on an outdoor track that is low-med traction.
2. I am putting the kit together and I am at stage of assembling the hinge pins with the arms. It says to use 4mm reamer or #19 bit til the pin falls thru the hole freely. I don't have a reamer so I used the drill bit but it didn't do anything. The pin falls thru freely but about 1/4" from the opposite end it sticks. Same thing if I put it in from the other end. It sticks about a 1/4" before coming out the other end. Wondering if it will free up after running like that or if I do get a 4mm reamer will it actually work or will it not do anything just like the drill bit didn't?

#2 - go to Ace Hardware and they will have a #19 drill bit which is 4.22mm

https://youtu.be/GT2AdfBfM6M?t=2m49s It works very well, and doesn't seem to weaken the arms much. I have not broken one after cutting them.

I built mine with 5/5/5 at first just to try it and break it in, worked rather decent to be honest. Yes arm's were a pain even with my reamer, make sure droop screws are all the way in the arms and ream the arms until the pins can fall through mostly free without hanging up......it takes a bit!

I did run the #19 drill bit in the arm but it didn't help at all. I did mic the bit and it was about 4.2mm in diameter. I wasn't getting any shavings on the bit when I pulled it out. But now that I am thinking about it I don't think I had the droop screws installed. I will try it again tonight with them installed. Thanks
