Hi Jaybee,
I'll answer in more detail later but my first thought looking at your pic. Do not put a fan on your cells, this is not a good idea. It is best to let your cells war and cool naturally without forcing the change in temperature.
Did you get a pack match here? looks like cell one may have cut the charge off but maybe not.
I'll be back later for mor in depth stuff

Ok Jaybee,
I may not get all finished here but I'll make a start.
Charge.
Capacity is ok, we talked about what seconds were on the labels about 420 I think you said so around 4000 is ok, you may find that goes up the more you equalise between charges. Temperature is a little on the high sode for me but I hear of higher than that.
The peak charge volts is good, this is shown in the power %age numbers though they do vary a bit from cell to cell.
Discharge.
A discharge spread of 10 seconds is pretty good really, not many of my packs are that close, I think my closest was 8 seconds but that was an old pack which I did not race with anyway.
If you look at the end volts you will notice that cell one was way down, the other being very close. This is confirmed by the seconds of cell 1 being the least at 381. You can interpret from this also that cell 1 went from 1.0v to .29v in 10 seconds which was the point of cut of for the last cell (cell 2) to hit 1.0v (or 0.99v). This is very fast which makes me think the cell 1 has the lowest IR and I'd think that this cell had the highest (or close to) pwr %age. I could be off here as I have seen some strange things.
Ok I see the individual pwr %ages at the bottom, yes cell one was up there but cell 2 is starting to look very good here, good run time good voltage and good IR. Great combination.
There is some interesting numbers for the pack at 5 minutes cells 2 and 5 are very interesting cell 5 looks like it has the best voltage throughout the discharge, cell 4 looks like it has great voltage at the beginning of discharge.
It's easy to see from the Discharge Capacity that cell 1 ia a little down on the rest, this is the cell which will determine how your pack performs for run time, when cell one is done you aren't going anywhere very fast. IF you run your car to a crawl it will e cell 1 that gets the most punishment and could have issues in the long run. This is an ok set of cells 2-6 are fairly close cell 1 is a little off. I probably would not switch them around though but I would keep my eye on cell one to see how it behaves.

Total run time from charge capacity isn't so much a science as a general theory, the more you put in the more you get out but it does vary. Some cells have more losses during charge than other cells but the general theory is sound.

Hi all,
Some info added to my web site. A report on IR, peak volts and power %age: -
www.citlink.net/~kpngtrak/AR_IR_Pwr%25age.htm
Also The Pro Trak web site has a report on this with more back up data and some really good graphs.
www.pro-trak.co.uk
All very good stuff there.

Chris,
has anyone mentioned not getting the end results with rom version 10.77 and monitor version 1.5.2? I have been not getting the and results chart since my 10.77 rom upgrade. I saw that kimi has 1.5.5 but I cant see where to download it.

Hi kiyano,
I have encounter a problem on both charge and dischage on a battery. No matter I charge or discharge a pack, it shows "Check external Fuse" error message after several seconds. I have read the previous post and know that it is about the disorder of the FET. But the case is only discribe the discharge. So
1. Does it also reflect that both discharge and charge fet were fail.
2. I know there is 3 "fet" type such attaching to the heatsink. I already known which one is the discharge fet, would you pls tell which one is the charging fet?? Is it the one on left the most???
Thanks?
