Thanks again for your help.
My local track runs and on road track and they just had their first race this Saturday.. Been thinking about getting an on road car soon... Just need to figure out what to get and dive in..
This RC thing is very addicting..

+1 on that
Glad you got your issues straightened out. I'd still set up the HW Just Stock ESC for Forward only and set the reverse force at 100%. At least with on-road applications, we experienced delays in the throttle response after braking in the forward and reverse mode (F/R). Selecting forward only mode solved that.

I just bought a Hobbywing XErun ESC tonight and reverse the polarity on it right after soldering it. It was a bad mistake, but does anyone have anyone have experience dealing with this? Can I send it in for a replacement? I'm really at a loss here and it's the only ESC that I have at the moment.
I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me with my situation.

I've been trying to reduce the drag brake on my Justock I don't have the program card so i'm trying to change the settings using only the button but not having any success. The manual is a bit confusing. Here's what I've been doing:
Hold down Set
turn on esc
wait for the green led to flash twice
let go of SET
click Set twice to give 5% drag
but in the process, the motor just starts running abruptly and I have to turn it off and recalibrate and try again. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Guys,
Just downloaded the HW software and under DEMO mode, Car_no_turbo mode (I assume it's blinky) there's an AMTS setting and it says timing.
What gives? Does the Justock really have AMTS timing adjustments?

No, it's a "demo" mode. The software can be used to program several HW ESCs. for example the v2.1 and the v3.1 do have timing adjustment.
