any help appreciated.
you can try between 4.0 ~ 4.1 and check the temp after the run.
the track i run on has 90 ~ 100ft straight.

I run a 3.8 for with 2 fans using a panracer spur 96 , could also use a 104 if needed

Who authored/cleaned up that?

Some new products announced on Tamiya Blog and also on Kentech's site.

$20 or so will cover all the upgrades below (and the springs will be under $10 for 4 I expect)

42293 TRF Damper Large Diameter Spring (Super Soft, 2pcs.)
Meh. I have the set of three, bought when I had my 418 and never used them. They might be ok, but when you've got a full set of another brand not going to get a look in. Interesting they are softer. I did think the triple set was a little on the hard side. Going by the other three it will likely be either 7.50 or 7.25 coils of 1.5mm wire (250-260gf/mm) - similar in theory to xgear silver or pink (C2.5 & C2.6) - makes sense seeing as the team has been running those.

42294 3x5mm Step Hollow Screw (8pcs.)
This is an interesting one. Explains the setup that MR had at ETS a little while back. Will be able to use on the motor mount also to play with flex here or on the towers. Cool.

42295 TRF419 Stabilizer Stopper
Finally! Taken Tamiya ages to copy Yokomo on this one you can see it on MRs car on the right if you zoom in.

54647 Aluminum Servo Mount Plate (2pcs.)
Interesting one! I changed to flanged washers just last week cause I thought the stock ones were not sitting square and subject to either damage the servo case or tweak a little.

54648 Fluorine Coated Stabilizer Ball Connector Set
Be nice to get these to match all my ball studs. Hopefully they bite in a little further on the front connector. I did notice the factory guys running a different set up at Reedy - seems like they may even have cut off the stock plastic mount and threaded a ball stud in there...?

Having been through a range of settings today... I would hazard that Marc's setup is actually probably closer to the truth, at least in terms of wheelbase. Mainly as when I tried out the Kiyo sheet lengths, car felt similar, but was plain slower on the clock.

I imagine Kiyo & FMW

Kiyo and FMW both work at Tamiya, and were both working with the team at RROC

I saw Marc's car at the ETS round in Luxembourg and it had nothing to do with the setup from the RROC. Marc's car had HPI or Ride springs on depending on track condtitions and all I can say there were not only Tamiya suspension parts on the team cars. And the shock mounts had all 4 screws front and rear.
It would be nice to have Chritian Donath's Stock Class setup posted here maybe Dai Sakagushi could ask him because they where pitting side by side.

It's an iDevice issue!

When I open it with Adobe (which I have on my phone it turns out) the text appears!

Top write up Ed. I don't get much track practice time at the moment. Whilst I race every week it's just too intense to experiment a lot with my base set-up.

I'm going to run the shorter wheelbase that you have gone for as I could do with the car being a little more willing to rotate on my tight technical track.

Apparently, Christian Donath was running the last three ETS races with a lower deck from TRR Racestuff.

One thing to note is regarding the rear wheelbase. If your using the kit suspension blocks (X/F) then try 2.5mm. This is equivilant to using 2mm with X/E blocks. This is due to the arms being swept back a little more and lengthening the wheelbase, hence needing less shims to get the rear wheels in the same place.
