Mark B. came to Bush River one weekend and ran up front in USGT, despite never having seen the track before and running extra weight (1275).
At 1200g, I would NOT be surprised to see it win on the right track.

I have a slightly modified sakura FF. The biggest thing I have found is getting the weight down. Most of the fwd cars available weigh 1350-1400 in stock form. I know thats what a local VBC weighs. Its hard to get the weight down while trying to keep a full size battery in it.

I've played with this a lot too. On the rear, it usually works better on big fast tracks that are well prepped with enough traction. I have occasionally run into situations where the rear end starts to whip around on me and unexpectedly spin the car out on tight turns when I'm carrying a lot of speed. Usually putting the rear toe back into the car gets rid of that.

Been running the E46 BMW M3 for the last 10 months or so (the one in my avatar), but looking for a change. Many locals like the ZL1 Camaro but I'm not one to follow what others are doing (not that I won't if it'll help), especially since a lot of guys are running the ZL1 already.
Is there another body that is an acceptable alternative that will improve the handling over the BMW?
I have an Audi R8 that is ready to go but I've been hesitating to use it because of some feedback I've heard from others that have tried it. I've only been back into RC racing for about a year now so my experience with bodies is rather limited....any input is welcomed.
Thank you,
