So I was trimming some bodies for other cars last night, and noticed an old truggy body I had laying around, a Proline Crowd Pleazer for a Jammin X1 CRT. I didn't really want to make any new body mounts so I cut holes in the hood fot the shocks, and about 1/2" off the back of it, and it fits up pretty good lol. I have to trim the bottom so it doesn't hang below the chassis still.

Looks good! What if you turned the front body post around? So, they were on the front, and that would lift the front a little, but might work..

Just a thought..

Hey man, I run 6S...

ESC: Tekin RX8 gen2
Motor: Tekin T8 gen2 1350kV
Pinion: 18t
Battery: SMC 6S 4300mAh (40C Constant / 80C Burst)

I have been running this setup for a year now. It it stupid fast - too fast. I am a total newbie when it comes to tuning, but I have to tame this thing down some. I believe I have the ESC set to 80%, but I am going to play around with that setting this spring to see if I can get it dialed in a bit more. I also don't own a temp gun so I have NO CLUE how hot I am running with this setup - which I know is not a good idea. I will be picking one up soon to make sure I'm not cooking the motor or esc... hahaha!

This truggy is smoking fast. I LOVE to let other people drive it out at the track - just to see the smile on their face!

I hope this helps!

Might be too much. Reason being is the amount of available gearing range depending on the track you are using.

I'd say a 2000kv motor would be better. Or the 1700kv truggy motors on 4S.

I personally use a 1900Kv buggy motor in mine and like it alot.

I had a great day with my et48 on Saturday. It was round three of our Houston series HARC at 3 palms offroad park. The truck ran all day without issue as ussual, I will post results as soon as they are posted. The computer messed up at the end of the day so no results are posted yet.

My vote would be 1700-1750 truggy motor on 4s. Only ran mine a few times last year, but had plenty of rip with that combo. Looking forward to getting outside in 2015. Just need the snow to melt

took mine out for a play spin. Had a project vehicle at the time and still got the 17mm 2.8 wheels and tires so put them on. gave it a very low profile look to it. was fun

I will honor my agreement to not say who, but I am sure if you guys want to email various body manufactures and ask questions, they will tell you too. I am nobody, but I emailed and asked about a body and they freely told me about it but asked not to make it public.
Thanks and just wait, there should be something soon.
I hope it is FTW I love their EB body and would great to have one semi matching for both my big boys.

This motor is Xerun HobbyWing. So should I use 1800kV or 2200kV for 4S bashing (70%) and racing (30%)?

Here is a short clip of mine yesterday while trying to do a new layout to our local track

I have installed;

Tekin RX8G2 | Tekin 2000kv | 18t Pinion | SMC 6500mAh | Savox 1267sg

I might think about trying a 19t, but this 18t rips!

Thanks for the Vid D-Wreck!!

Put the wing under some Wei got overnight and it should straighten out. Not sure what flex you're complaining about in the last picture, especially since you don't appear to have the side guards on which will stiffen everything.
