Use Lblade for both. The reason is the blade works as a torsion spring so it is important that it's length is correct. Longer blade softer, shorter stiffer. So if you used L1 instead of Lblade then the bar will be much softer than in reality.

Are there and RC Crew Chief customers using this to set up an X-Factory SCX-60CF?

Haven't heard of a model for that SCT yet but you can create your own.

Some more exciting news for RC Crew Chief. Ethan Erchinger, winner of the 2013 Onroad Reedy Race of Champions Open Modified class , joins Team RC3 racing out of California, USA.

I had the wonderful opportunity to show RC3 to Masami Hirosaka and he was amazed at the programs ability to simulate roll centres, suspension changes, he was really impressed. He couldn't believe one person was able to create such an amazing program and for such an affordable price.

I'm thinking this might be the best place to get the info I'm looking for. Or maybe not. My SC10 has ball studs. Associate says they are all .170" dia. The short med and long all refer to the length of the threads. That the "height"of the ball stud is either .200" or .300" is this correct? Does the height refer to the distance from the flat to the center of the BS?
I'm wanting to convert to Lunsford Ti ball studs. Are all Lunsford BS the same "height"? What is the height? Do I have any of this right?

As far as the ball studs are concerned the only way I could tell would be measure the height from the shoulder to the top of the ball. There are different heights of ball studs so called short and long neck, I'm sure someone on one of the threads in this forum can answer your question but unfortunately I can't.

Thanks Bob. I went ahead and downloaded the 14 or 7 day trial. Might as well buy now though, cause it looks super cool. Is the trial software the full 9 yards? Are the functions/enhancements that I can't see or access? I've got to take some measurements. The front end is straight up SC10.2, where as the rear is all X-Factory. I'm super excited! Now we have to learn the ball diff. Looking forward to expanding my knowledge... actually I'm not expanding any knowledge of handling or car/truck setup! Other than rudimentary understanding of weight transfer and a little discussion from a suspension guy at a dirtbike club. I don't know anything. The suspension tech did describe in unsprung weight really well. Does anyone have a setup for a 2wd sc10? Are all available cars/chassis on the website?

The trial version is fully functional with only some file functions disabled. Other than that everything is there.

All the models I have available are on the website. Unfortunately not every car/truck/buggy is there but I'm working on it. If you run into problems or have questions when creating the model just ask I'm here to help.
