Thanks guys. I'll be running on mostly small to medium sized tracks which lean more to the technical side than open sweepers. Only exception being when I go to the Tiltyard which is a big track with a TON of fast turns.
Are the Yellow springs a Tekno brand spring?

Matt,
As Cpt. mentioned the kit setup is pretty good. I've found that the springs are to soft for my liking. If I was you I'd invest in a set of Yellow springs front and rear. For my driving style I found the oils to be too soft for our local tracks. Try the kit oils, but I'd have 40/35 on hand to try out. I'd also modify the droop settings to 118 in the front and like 132 in the rear. We were just at RC Pro this past Saturday and the ET was dialed.

Bashing or racing ET love is ET love and I dig it! It is sharp, too bad it's a turd... I mean ford ;-)
I do believe he is using Tekno springs.
If you mean TKR5042 then the ET ships with 15* carriers. If you need the manual its available on Tekno's site under support.

15* spindles will make it easier to drive but will not provide as much initial steering going into the corner. The 10* spindles will allow you to enter into the corner, will make the steering a little more sensitive and you will loose some mid-corner steering on power. You can play around with the kick-up in the front to find a happy middle depending on which way you go. I like the 10* spindle over the 15* for the track's I've been running on.
Hope this helps,
Mark
